Dependance +2/+4/+6
The character is addicted to a specific substance or thing or depends on it to feel good or event to survive. If he does not get it regularly he begins to react in an unusual way (violence, inaction, ...) or starts perishing.
The bonus depends on the subtance, whether it is easy to get or not and what are the consequences of a lack of it. Here are some substances for addiction : alcohol, tobacco, drug, gambling, ... For aliens, the dependance may consist of a specific food, a rare gas, ...
Suceptibility +2/+4/+6
The character is very sensitive to certain things such as temperature (hot or cold), fire, type of food, alcoohol... The substance may be more exotic for aliens. When exposed to such thing, the character sustain more effect or even damages than other characters.
The bonus depends on the subtance, whether it is frequently encountered or not and what are the consequences.
